I’ve know Mel for almost 10 years through business and it’s safe to say - I am so grateful we met all those years ago!
We both connected, parted, joined our own paths, and came back together this year as I knew I needed Kundalini yoga and an aligned life coach to help to truly get me where I KNEW I needed and wanted to be.
Mel’s energy is light yet certain and powerful, truly standing in her power helping others to do the same.
Kundalini was new to me, and I knew Mel was meant to be my teacher in this journey.
With her love, kindness and guidance in yoga and coaching sessions, I can honestly say my life has TRANSFORMED in 2025!

Someone who can understand your vision without judgement, want your best life for you, and remind you of your power in the days you can’t see it yourself.
Mel truly is that person for me, and I cannot have wished for our re-connection to have happened any other way.

Was totally unexpected. Thought it would be really quiet but it was very moving, made me feel emotional and really invigorated yet relaxed at the same time.
Felt really hopeful and happier. It's really given me the bug to try other things
Thank you so much Melanie for an incredible first Gong Bath experience. It was utterly incredible and I can't get over the sounds made from one instrument. You were very welcoming and the studio was so clean, tidy and enticing, I can't wait to visit again. I will definitely attend again and recommend to others.
