The New Moon is a cosmic reset — a portal for planting seeds and calling in what your soul is ready to receive. Through breath-work, movement, mantra and sound, we’ll help you drop out of the mind and into the body, reconnecting with your truth and creating space for fresh clarity and expansion.

Step into a deeply restorative experience with the healing power of sound. A gong bath is a meditative sonic journey where the vibrations of the gong wash over you, helping to clear heavy thoughts, balance your nervous system, and quiet the mind.
This practice works on a subconscious level — releasing emotional blocks, shifting stagnant energy, and helping you drop into a higher state of consciousness.
As your brain moves into slower, more meditative brainwave states (like alpha and theta), the body naturally enters deep rest and repair.
You’ll simply lie down, get cosy, and allow the sound to do the work — guiding you into expanded awareness, emotional clarity, and a deep sense of peace.
